Default Current Best CDs & Savings Accounts?

I have around $25K that I won't need for about a year. Can anyone tell me where the current best rates are for savings accounts or 1-year CDs?

If there are any better low-risk options I'm missing, please don't hesitate to let me know. Thanks.

ING Direct has a high interest savings account that you can deposit and withdraw as you wish. Think its called the Orange Account and has a 4.5%+ interest rate.

I'll second the recomendation for ING Direct. T-Bills are another option but I don't deal with them very often so another poster will hopefully be able to add some info to whether it is appropriate in this case.
