I didn't set the hands myself and then upload the picture. I am not going to waste a ton of EV just to make a brag post in Internet Bonuses of all places about it.

Hmm, I should cross-post this to BBV, or it should be moved.

Any mods want to move it there?

As far as recourse goes, I contacted Playtech, but no dice. I BUSTO'd anyway, so whatever.

his ace of clubs should be in the 5-card hand (giving him a flush with his 5-card hand and aces with his 2 card hand)

instead, they put the ace of clubs in his 2 card hand, thus giving him a pair of aces in the 2 card hand and a pair of aces with the 5 card hand (wild + ace)

therefore he pushes instead of scooping

I bitched at Playtech back when their pontoon implementation forced you to stand on a 4-card soft 21. They actually paid me.

I would keep pressing the issue. This is an obvious flaw in their "house way" implementation. Try contacting the following person, this is who resolved my issue.

The Casinomeister forums would be the best place to post this.

Why would you let the software set your hand for you? I've played Pai Gow at a couple of Playtech sites and I dont even remember having the option to use the house way of setting.

This is way more likely to be a bug than anything else. Report it, screenshot included, and just see what happens...
