How did I play this and how would you?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (2 handed) by Hand Converter CG

Button (t8740)
Hero (t4760)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
Button calls t100, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to t750</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to t1325</font>, Hero calls t550.

Flop: (t2625) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets t1200</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to t3435</font>

just check preflop. as played, the guy looks too dumb and the pot too big to do anything else, so ok....but it pretty much sucks and is meh no matter what at this point.

edit: honestly it might just be a check/fold on this flop the way it happened.

this is pretty oddly played. I would just be checking my option pf. Once he re-raises, his line is super strong and I don't think k5s is doing too well, so I would just muck there. As played on the flop, with so much in already and tp I guess it's ok to get it in, though I don't like it. c/f certainly seems too wasteful since we flopped tp and other than a flush/trips/2pair, not sure what else we could have hoped for.

yea the call prefop is fine after you raised i would think.

The thing is I feel kinda weak if I call with these hands preflop.
He calls with ATC preflop and then bets and I have to give up most of the time.

i guess you kind of have to it looks like a min rr and most of the time flopping a king is cart Blanche to stack off [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I check preflop and lead flop. I'd be tempted to fold to reraise pre because he has trapped so often.

And if I didn't and didn't, I am stacking off and praying he has AT or something like that.
