I got to agree in part with Hitch on this one...
"Some guys get all the girls right".... Maybe these guys aren't all Alphas...maybe they're chameleons...good at reading girls cues and pretending they are the cued thing...Probably why so many people claim people changed after marriage... Go for sincere not Alpha...Alpha's come out strong from the starting block but they may not be closers or able to run long distances...If you try to be an Alpha you may end up a game player playing games with other players and miss the real thing... signed "Dear Abby" [img]/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img]

Don't whine, don't complain, be fully responsible for what's happening in your life. Don't care what anyone thinks of you. Be independent. Be nice to other people, but don't accept BS from other people, never let yourself be used.
IMO, a 'real man' is very strong and rock solid emotionally/mentally. To women he won't be all touchy feely and be sensitive, but in stead he will very rarely show his sensitive side and he's kind of mysterious. That's all I can think of.

My personal guess about the foundations of "alpha maledom":
1) Know what you want, why you want it, and how you intend to get it -- i.e. have a vision 2) Take complete responsibility for what you think, say, and do 3) Allow others to gain emotional energy from their interaction with you

If you have to ask... Naw, seriously. Do what you feel like and say the things you want to say. Look people in the eyes when talking and don't be shy. And get some monies and an ok life. I don't know it will make you the alpha male, but it will ge you women and career, if you seize the opportunities - it isn't some big mystery.

Alpha males are a myth. Almost anyone in their life can point to situations where they have been alpha and others where they have been beta.
The alpha mentality is a product of confidence. You gain confidence from being sucessful. If you just want to pick up chicks, then do what you need to do to give yourself loads of confidence.
