After the flop bet, I put villain on a range of AdKd and TT+. But now that I think about it, this push was pretty terrible wasn't it? 10-10 will most likely fold, and I'm dominated by JJ, KK, and AA, so I'm basically hoping for AK or QQ. So this is pretty bad, huh? Just fold the flop?

I think villians range here is much smaller. I don't think he 4bets pre-flop with AK type of hands (And if he did he would move in). This leaves JJ+ (I wouldn't assume a 4bet with TT without reads).
