depositing on stars via epassporte

does this work for anyone? all it is doing is having me put in the charge amount but the screen where you type in your username and password for epassorte doesn't come up..i have the right funds that i'm trying to put onto stars but it's declining my transaction..what's the deal?

Not sure, maybe you have to tell support to allow epassporte deposits if you haven't used it before.
