Default 100NL | KJs flops top 2 out of BB, so [censored] lost on turn

The only solid player to see the flop is SB, CO is a donk with stats ~55/10/1, MP is at 40/12/1.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (6 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com

SB ($111.25)
Hero ($109.15)
UTG ($107.30)
MP ($78.24)
CO ($81.81)
Button ($76.10)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP calls $1, CO calls $1, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: ($4) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $4</font>, MP calls $4, CO calls $4, SB calls $4.

Turn: ($20) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $16</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $32</font>, CO folds, SB folds, Hero ???

When he minraises turn I feel soooo [censored] sick.

So lets examine my options:

A/ I fold top 2 and have to turn in my badge and my balls for gross pussyness.

B/ I call and let him have a card when he has AXs, and leave myself in a [censored] spot when he shoves river and Im getting great odds.

C/ I shove and am left wondering what horrible thing I must have done in a previous life when he turns over QT/AJ/A7.

[censored] !!!
