Without reads, this is usually a check/fold to a large bet. You can call a smallish bet, but if checked through, you have to block most rivers.

i like a check/call.
if he chekcs behind then bet 1/2 - 2/3 pot on river, fold to a raise.

Looking at your otehr post, do you always raise ATo UTG? Ive found this to be a pretty big loser, especially if you're unsure how to proceed after flopping top pair.

What are you expecting he has? Your raised UTG and bet a board where he very likely does not have a draw (on the flop or turn, because the Ace is a [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]).

You're very WA/WB at the moment, and pretty far behind his range if he's decent. C/C depending on opponent, C/F sometimes.

Block most rivers against a poorish opponent who will sometimes have a weaker ace. Remember, your hand isn't very good right now because you're not really ahead of any draws.

I think you are ahead here alot, only behind to 77 or A8. I would bet here, about $16 and fold to a raise. check river if he calls

I can see checking though but dont know which is best

Why couldn't he have AJ-AK? AK propably would have raised pf, but not AQ/AJ usually.

What are you trying to protect your hand against? He almost never has a FD.

Some players don't even reraise AK/JJ here, so its part of the range. Also, it doesn't especially matter if you're ahead, if he's not calling when he's behind (Ace rag).
