Default Does nayone know how to access the pokenum utility?

Pokenum seems to be the basis for twodimes and others odds calculations. I would like to access to utility directly from a program. Does anyone know how to do that?

Go to sourceforge.net, search for pokersource, download, compile.

If you are not reasonably skilled at this stuff, chances are you will have trouble compiling. There is a group at Yahoo groups, pokercource, where the moderator/package owner is very active and very helpful. Try there if you run into problems.

I'll check that group.

Initially, I would rather just run the executable from the command line. Actually, I would have a Perl script run it, but I realize that is not the most efficient way. That would be simpler than calling functions in libraries. Do you have to compile the code to run it from the command line?

I am an experienced C programmer, am skilled at debugging, and have some knowledge of compiler issues, so I probably can get it to compile eventually.
