Excuse my ignorance, are these ASM chips or no?

[/ QUOTE ]Yes- ordered through pokerchips.com. The graphics designer there did the design for me, along with a healthy dose of input from this forum. We must have done two dozen revisions and she was very patient and willing to work with me. It was a great experience all the way through, so if anyone is in the market for this kind of set, I highly recommend going this route.

Thanks all for the compliments. They really did come out spectacular and so much of it was due to the input from here.

veddy veddy nice
I'm going to have to take the plunge and get some real clay chips one of these days when I'm feeling particularly robusto.

[/ QUOTE ]They are clay and weight a little less than the 11.5 gram plastic set that I got at Target. They feel amazing, shuffle well, and stack VERY high.

How long did it take for them to manufacture? And are these the same chips they offer on PokerStars for like 41,000 FPPs?

It took about 3 months after I approved the design (we spent about a month on the design).

I believe these are the same chips you get from the poker stars VIP store; however, my guess is that for that you only get the single color edge spots (like my $0.25, $1, and $5 chips) and not the dual edge spots of the higher denominations. The cost per chip is about $0.20 higher for the dual edge spots.

They look really nice. I'm thinking about getting a set made. I need to get a new monitor first, though. Did you get it with the nice wooden case and all? And does it come with like cut card/set up everything?
