KTo preflop
I've run into situations like this a few times in the CO lately and I"m curious to see what others think of this situation. Have a lot of hands against UTG and know him to be a fairly tight preflop raiser.
UTG's stats are: 21.5/5.5/0.98 Normally I would limp this hand from the CO if a couple of players had already joined. Here I am still getting the opportunity to play this hand for only 1 bet, but I am against an early position tight raiser, so I'm behind at least him pretty much all the time. Just wondering if anyone thinks there are sufficient odds here for a call. Re: KTo preflop
limping in the CO is very different from caling this raise after posting. I dont hate calling this but be very careful postflop.
what sort of hand do you want to flop? (hint: put UTG on a range and start from there) would you call with K9o or K8o? |

Re: KTo preflop
This would be the minimal hand with a King that I would consider calling preflop from the posted CO

Re: KTo preflop
Since you posted, call and hope for two pair or a straight draw.

Re: KTo preflop
Auto call since you have one bet in already. Being in position helps, but by God, you better play postflop well in this hand

Re: KTo preflop
Since there are two big blinds and you have position you can call here. Play WA/WB postflop if you hit just a pair.

Re: KTo preflop
If no post, easy fold. I started looking to fold these types of hands to a raise and found it to be very profitable. Since you did post, I agree with the call in position and see what you get.
