Shove it is, I'd say. I dont see how you can fold this one, if they have a set, I reload and move on.

I would probably make the flop bet closer to the pot and yes, shove it after the raise definately.

I see no problem with how you have played this hand. SB most likely has a draw so your shove looks to be a good move.
