Ive gotten used to the summer heat in austin. Plus it makes for mild summers and going outside at night is nice (except this month which has been nonstop rain and the resulting mosquitoes).

Honestly the heat in the summer is perfectly bearable. I live in Florida and we have more humid heat than Texas and it's perfectly legit... although to be fair I don't wake up until 2pm and usually don't leave the house until around 7pm so I guess I'm a bad example.

God I wish something like this came up like 5 years ago. Like someone else in here posted, I'm too old (31) and married with a kid so not really an option.
