I have some potentially good news re EFT's. I made a request for over $4000.00 late in the day on January 15, and it has been transferred to my bank account today, January 22. Slower than normal (was 2 days) - but at least it arrived.

Hope one success story makes some of you feel better, and hopefully all will be paid soon.

i emailed vip support about this, but haven't heard back. why they don't automatically put all american eft's at the bottom of the line is beyond me. would be nice if they gave priority to those who are still their customers.

I think emailing is a waste of time - probably overloaded and they never replied to me. I know how hard it is, but hang in there a few more days..the money is coming.

I requested an EFT on the 17th, it showed up in my bank account today. Nothing to worry about for us Canucks.

neteller emailed me back and said:

"All Canadian account EFT withdrawal takes approximately 1-4 business days to process". i am on the back end of that right now, but they say it will be done by tommorrow.
