Any Experience with Moneybookers for $ Exchange?

Just visited their website. They are used by many, many merchants and types of merchants. And some poker sites are not listed on their home page but will accept them. They look like a real internet wallet that can transfer to anyone including poker sites. I suspect they would be unblockable given their universal footprint.

Anyone tried them previously? Think they'd be under the radar?
