Eternal Sunshine- Quite a few scenes in this one. The fact that this was (and still is) advertised as a comedy is hilarious.
Adaptation- When Charlie tells Donald about the High School girl Sarah that laughed at Donald behind his back, and Donald says "I know. I loved her, Charles. It was mine, that love. I owned it. Even Sarah didn't have the right to take it away. I can love whoever I want........You are what you love, not what loves you. That's what I decided a long time ago. American Beauty- When Annette Benning hugs Kevin Spacey's clothes. Terms of Endearment And............. The Blair Witch Project- I was so horribly frightened during the final scene in that house that I had tears pouring down my cheeks. I looked over, and my friend was crying as well. That was one of those theater experiences where everyone is so engrossed in the movie that no one goes to the bathroom, no one talks to their friends....there was a lot of tension in the room form the beginning. Best movie experience I have had yet.

Never cried, actually Im pretty sure I have cancer of the tear ducts, but any patriotic movie usually gets to me enough that I come close to having my eyes water:
