I hate this. Folding here is fine but definitely do not push. If you're going to play the hand, call and evaluate the flop.
Shut down if overcards come up, even if he checks - he's probably slowplaying. If undercards come up, you're actually at a disadvantage having position if he cbets a lot. If you were first to act, you could bet, get raised, and fold. However, if he comes out betting, you need to raise (I don't mind a min-raise here), and fold to a re-raise (this is cheaper than check/calling to showdown). |
