Default to nitty?

I hadnt been mixing it up to much and thi guy seemed like a solid tag. I honestly didnt know what to do here, i have barely enough quity for a set if i feel his range is AA and KK and im out of position. He could be making a move but its unlikely.

lol, if you call preflop then you're retarded folding this flop.

call flop, c/r ai turn, if he checks behind turn then either v-bet river or c/call again
