Default Big overpairs, Board texture?

Ok so I have been analyzing a little bit of board textures when I have AA.
If I have AA, raise std pf and get one caller.
On the flop, I lead w/o OOP he raises, I 3bet and he shoves. Stacks 120bbish.

What kind of flops would I happily call with AA here?
Anything with an A is obv very nice, so let's rule out thoose.

Kxx flops looks sweat and Qxx also, how much better is it if the flop has two cards in one suit here. how much better is it if the x cards connects either with the Q (or K) or the other x?

If you would rank the following boards, how would that look?
Giving the ".1" to the best flop for us:
(We have AsAh)
