Default 2 suited on the flop - don\'t slowplay! Law!

A lot of people, when they catch trips or sets want to slowplay in situations, where t his is not recommended(softly to say). Reasoning - they don't want to reduce their profit, they want more money And interesting thing - they are ready to lose the pot, they know, they can do it. But they fear much more to win the pot and having less money because of their bet pots, which scares everyone around.

But here is an example of how slowplay can reduce your profit!

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (4 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

UTG ($7.36)
Hero ($1.86)
SB ($4)
BB ($4.52)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A, 3.
UTG calls $0.02, Hero calls $0.02, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($0.08) A, A, 8 (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG bets $0.06, Hero calls $0.06, SB folds, BB folds.

Hehe, we have trips, and we begin to trap!

Turn: ($0.20) T (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero checks.

Flush. Argggh! Hm, he checks, maybe he hasn't got a flush? But he bet pot on the flop - as guys with flush draw do! Hm, may be anything. But I don't want a risk.

River: ($0.20) K (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero checks.

Final Pot: $0.20

Results in white below:
UTG has 8h Jh (two pair, aces and eights).
Hero has Ad 3s (three of a kind, aces).
Outcome: Hero wins $0.20.

That's the example how slowplay reduced my profit. The danger of flush came, and I didn't make active moves! And this guy showed himself a calling station plus he caught me on some bluffs before, so he didn't believe me And I could expect to get my pot bets called at least.

Some of the donks at these levels will call your flop bet if they have a 4 flush. They have no concept of pot odds, outs and probability. You make your bucks on these guys, but also get sucked out on here and there...

Raise PF, bet turn, bet river.

Yep. And I'll add that OP didn't mention one of the key reasons why he should bet/raise this flop is because our hand actually isn't that strong. At least not compared to those hands that will be putting chips in with us.
