PA HUD on Prima problems

When I use PA HUD on Prima it is very iffey. First, if one player are two of my tables or more, the stats are not the same. Each table will have unique stats for the person. Second, the stats will disappear for awhile and then come back. Does anyone know how to fix this.

How different are they? This is probably due to a filter you are using. Which filters do you have set in PA Hud?

When they disappear, how long do they disappear for?

I have no filters. They disappear for maybe 10 sec stretches and then come back. Could playing 6 max be the cause of the different stat problems. On one table it will show that the player has played 190 hands. On another table it will show the same player has 150 hands....

How often do they disappear? What are your refresh ranges set to?
