I think this is all standard. Preflop, you could also fold, and you could even 3-bet, but the call with position is fine.

I think you have to semibluff on the flop. I wouldn't assume the pot bet means he isn't folding. This could easily be whiffed high cards trying to make it look like an overpair. A cbet size bet on this flop rarely works. Also, a lot of people bet pot. You see that on sites with bet pot buttons in NLHE.

Also, what are you afraid he has. I set isn't going to bet that way on this board, and a big pair usually won't.

You are even versus an overpair to the board and underpair to your cards, and not in terrible shape against AA-JJ.

i think preflop is okay and i def repot flop and get it in regardless of whether i think hes folding or not
