don't think this is the case, i've never used the buddylist feature yet i have seen a few of these smiley things

i think their chat is banned? kinda looks like a smiley with headphones on? its definately not buddylisted players anyways ( i dont chase after 16/11 nits which was the only guy i saw with the smiley today )
