CO (t3330)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
3 folds, Hero raises to t1200, 4 folds, BB calls t800.

Flop: (t2200) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)

Looking back on this hand I am not to sure about the C-bet, what would you do?

Turn: (t6200) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks, Hero?
Should I be checking down looking for a cheap showdown?

given that you're in position, i think you have to check the turn and keep the pot under control, both big draws just hit here. probably call most bets on the river, and probably bet if checked to on a non diamond river

Interesting hand. Do you check to induce a bluff now that you have showdown value? Or do you bet to protect your AK against a 4th diamond, 2nd 9 or straight card from coming. Of course, he may already have AK beat, or he may be slowplaying a turned flush or straight on a paired board.

If it were me, I probably would have checked the flop. since many would expect you to slowplay a Ten in position, you don't really define your hand with a check.

Then I would have bet the king on the turn.

As played, I think you have to fire again to protect against 7d7x from catching his 11 outer. If this is a tricky player capable of a check-raise bluff representing the board or check-raise semi-bluff on the turn, then you may be forced to a decision.
