Also, how are your bets auto-sized? Do you have a 3rd party program that does it or am I an idiot?

For example, the raise button was automatically $2.5 with one limper PF. I usually have to manually enter $2.50 because the default is the min-raise.

It's all automatic....if you're on Stars there's no reason not to use it. You have to download a program and then download the "script"

yeah on the AJ hand I had pocket 8s. I think I only did that once against u but against Stella I did it 2 or 3 times with small PP that whiffed on the flop...the last time I actually hit something but Stella was too much of a nit.

Just finished watching the video - pretty good. I'm a semi-new NL player (only about 15k hands under my belt) and I've never watched a poker video before, so it was pretty informative to see how someone else plays with the thought process being spoken out loud.

Random question - what's your completing range in the SB? I saw you fold K9s in the SB with one limper and it made me think that maybe I'm too loose with my SB completions.

Pretty much nothing, there's not much value in it. You're OOP and tryin to play OOP is like turning your hand face up. I'll play some suited aces, facecards, PP's obv

watched the video and paused to make comments as the action unfolded:

1st hand, 5 to you in the sb w/ 99. we agree he most likely has garbage here. i like to push here.

6:40 K2s in sb, getting 7:1 immediate odds. i'm calling, espcially w/ 2 maniacs in

8:20 hard for a Q to call 7 into a 7.5 pot on the river when the flush gets there. i make it like 3-4.

15:00 nice resteal w/ T9o

18:45 PLEASE don't play TT for set value vs maniac (reraise pf). c/r his weak flop bet.

21:00 hate the turn check w/ kk. you're missing out on value vs Tx and lower pps, as well as letting hearts draw for free. man, 13.5 . . . . man, you've really under represented your hand, but i cant fault you for folding. . .

28~ just noticed you're playing w/ 4 nits and 1 maniac. is this EV+?

33:00 lol at 55 hand! love these free showdowns!

34:20 TT on QQ7 rainbow flop 3-way. this is cbet time. you say he's full of it . . . i agree, go with you read and c/r!

36:50 K9s on worth a complete 3 way w/ tard on button?

well played and narrated, i think you missed out on some value in a couple places, but overall solid. nice video!

i think 88 is a 3bet hand most of the time vs tags, but other than that i think he played it rather optimally, no?

Nobody at NL50 is 3-betting 88 and it's generally not good practice. Committing a bunch of money on a complete bluff after I raised in early position is pretty silly. Generally raising the flop is much less EV than calling the flop. Straightforward players at these stakes will check the turn if they don't have anything and then you can make a small bet on the turn to have them fold. He just got lucky that I saw him as nitty, other players would not have folded AJ there......
