I don't know what this Tomtato site is, but I use IMDB as I see it as a very reliable indicator of movies suck/rock factor. This thread confirms it:

Do thread over again so that it's actually widely considered bad movies that you like, as opposed to "why RT is a dumb site," imo.

I think it's impossible to dislike this movie. Some of the acting was ridiculous, but it's still incredible for the parkour scenes.
