Default Playing top 2 pair vs continued aggression

Haven't been at this table long, but I have only seen villian limping/calling pre-flop and betting/calling after the flop i.e. no raising. He is folding often to c-bets.

3bet flop,
his min raise is either very strong or very weak: time to find out. But who cares, just shove if he 4bets you. You beat a lot. When you didn't reraise preflop he does not put you on AQ

Seriously? You should be happy as hell to have this hand against continued aggression.

You either 3bet the flop or check raise the turn. Board's not drawy so calling flop and check raising turn is very acceptable...perhaps best.

Raise.

Well, villain definitely has a hand but I'd need a really strong read that villain only plays sets this way to fold here at NL5. I'd lead the turn with the intention of getting it all in by the river.

interesting first post

you want to take a line that maximises the money you take from Ax - i prefer raising the turn to 3betting the flop. you want to get your money in here

Yes. At this level after he raises the flop there's virtually no chance he's folding, so just keep betting every street. If he raises, shove.

I would push on the flop you will get value from Q8 A8 AJ AK and possibly even weaker aces will call.

If its .02/.05, you are BB, and Villain raises to .16, how are you calling .12? Did you fiddle with the HH here?

Its actually a 0.02/0.04 table but the buy in is $5. So big blinds are 0.04
