Good places to eat in Tulsa at all? My buddy going with me would rather not eat chain.

After you said you disliked the steakhouse at Cherokee the answer must be no.

Ask for directions to "Cherry Street", it is actually 15th street but Cherry Street designates the area with entertainment and good local food and nightspots. Wilsons Bar B Que is the best in town, locally owned and operated with two locations. The Doubletree Hotel downtown has one of the best continental restaurants and if you ask directions for the Brookside area (just a mile or two from cherry street) there are some pubs, Bistros and good night life.

None of these are near Catoosa which is where the Cherokee casino is actuallly located, pretty much 17 to 20 miles or so away.

I don't remember it being that far, but it's highway driving anyway, we're not averse to it for a better meal than casino food, I'm sure. The cigar stores I was looking at are downtown anyway.

That was the point of my previous post, if you disliked McGills one of the very best restaurants in the Tulsa area I just couldn't tell what you were looking for.

Structure question: When do they stop for the day in the HORSE, and when are they supposed to come back?

Due to a series of unfortunate circumstances, I can no longer come for the tourney. Everyone have fun and win money without me. Good luck.

What is "chop it" holdem? We've been trying to figure that out at my home game for weeks.
