Ongame problems

After playing at On-Game I opened PT and saw that it had missed exactly $500 from one of my tables.
I opened the "Session Browser" in the Main Client and confirmed that I sat down with $1k and left with $1.5k, still it showed that I was break even in the "Net-tab".
Is this a common problem that will be solved by requesting the hand history from my skins support or is there another way to go about it?

The handhistories are stored in .db files in Resources\Databases... I think its buggy sometimes, just click force import 3-4 times and it should import everything
