guys seriously, can anyone offer some good advice as to what i should say and more importantly how and when i should offer to go somewhere outside of school and if it should be alone or in a group?

The thing that guys who are shy in high school learn later in life is that girls like men with confidence. Don't plan out every word you're going to say to her, you'll just overthink it and end up wussing out or sounding like a moron.

As you get older, you'll realize talking to girls is not really a big deal. Ask her about the test, ask what her plans are that weekend, if she says not much, tell her there's a movie you've been wanting to see and if she'll go with you. If she says yes, you're in. If she says no, no big deal. It didn't have to be a date you were asking her on. Friends go to movies all the time.
