Default Ladbrokes cashback scheme?

I know ladbokes offer up to 30% rakeback depending on how many FPP's you get. I just wandered roughly how many hands a month it takes to get the full 30%?
Also is ladbrokes independent or are they part of a large network?

independant network

you need at least 25000 points

For every $1 raked on Fixed Limit Cash Games you will be awarded 25 Player Points.

For every $1 raked on No Limit & Pot Limit Cash Games you will be awarded 20 Player Points.

so depending on which limit you play ofcourse, you have to contribute at least 1250$ rake if you're playing NL, 1000$ if you are playing FL
