No "surprisingly" the focus group thought that Obama won.
I guess they didn't get the memo from Atlanta.

After my recent Ron Paul YouTubeathon, this democratic debate [censored] literally made me feel nausiated. I just can't wait to be disarmed by the government and placed in line for the next generation of feeding at the government trough. It wouldn't have been quite so bad except for the ridiculous crowd that couldn't stop whooping it up for each proposed "program" bigger than the last.

lol hilarious, what's scarier, that the people in charge are talking like this or the people watching them are cheering them on idk .

I loved it. The youtube videos were quite entertaining. I've been able to eliminate any chance of voting for a few of the candidates after some of their comments.

Gravel- Great ideas, but he forgot to take his medication. I'm also tired of his complaints about campaign contributions. Look at Obama, he has plenty of grass roots support and therefore has gotten more contributions. Gravel complains about the game of politics instead of touting his own message.

Dodd- Zzzzzzz. A fast-talker and as boring as dirt. Great combo. He belongs exactly where he is right now: in the senate.

Richardson- Minimum Wage 40k for teachers? Um... no thanks. It sounds nice, but isn't necessary. Bill also has a certain smugness about him that rubs me the wrong way.

Kucinich- Scared me with his heavily Marxist style speech about forcing sustainability. Too radical for our era. Maybe when oil runs out we'll call him. Until then, it won't work.

Edwards, Hillary, Biden, and Obama are the only viable Democrats remaining imo.
Obama really proved something to me today and I would be happy to support him if he wins the presidency. I can't say the same for the others, yet.

I guess everyone thinks every Presidential candidate is bought and paid for. However, with the campaign finance limits, any individual can only donate a few thousand dollars. I am not convinced that a candidate who raises tens of millions of dollars can be bought for a $2000 check.

Whew! Glad we solved the massive corruption and wholesale purchase of our politicians with that law. It'll all be clear sailing from here. Poor special interests will probably have to starve to death now, we should put them on welfare.
