holly cow the importing got super slow.

[/ QUOTE ]

Will get this fixed - must have added some debug logging and didn't remove it or something like that.

What about SnG and Holdem Manager ? C'mon !

$ winnings tracking is being worked on right now

Yeah PT-exported iPoker hands don't import for me.

[/ QUOTE ]

PT creates some kind of custom format for ipoker exported hands but I will add support for this.

Where is the option to sort by date now?

[/ QUOTE ]

Which tab are you referring to? If it is the hands tab for example you should be able to click on the Time Stamp header.

No Errorchecking at the Preflop Tab @ Tourneys ? )+ other stuff)

[/ QUOTE ]

Will fix, thanks

Any word on when HM will support UB hands?

[/ QUOTE ]

It is next on the list but I'm trying to get HM closer to release before getting back on that.

bb/100 isn't 2x PT's ptbb/100 figure

[/ QUOTE ]

I need to update the reports - there is a rounding issue with bb/100 right now although it should be accurate in Players tab.

rake is 25-30% higher

[/ QUOTE ]

Right now I use total rake / total players dealt cards. I'm going through and looking at how each site calculates it.

Just downloaded version .50b and then then the latest patch .55b and now whenever I try to open the program I get the "holdem pokermanager has encountered a problem and needs to close" window. I had used previous versions with no problems so I already have the postgreSQL stuff installed. The only thing that has changed is that I deleted some programs I wasn't using and I made sure not to delete anything I was unsure about. I also started using a new antispyware program.

[/ QUOTE ]

Can you give me the exact error and make sure you unzip the patch files into the program files\rvg software\holdem manager folder.

The import slow down is pretty much occurring on hands / tables that are currently being played, right? If that is the case then this is due to the HUD stats being compiled in the background including your life time stats (which will change to session)

Can people seeing this slow down just confirm that this is where it is happening?

I got PostgreSQL installed (finally!) but now I get a "connection actively denied" error. Anyone?

One minor annoyance is the way hands are sorted in the Hands tab. If I sort by Cards I would like it to be sorted :AA,AKs,AKo,AQs.....KK,KQs,KQo,KJs.....33,32s,32o, 22.

Right now KJ is seen as different to JK, KQdd is not next to KQss, etc. Dunno how the system is, but it seems to differentiate by suits and what card was dealt first and stuff. Makes it hard to find a hand quickly.

I can confirm that the import slowdown is for tables currently open. While I haven't imported hand histories in bulk for a while, so don't know how that speed is doing, something changed in HM recently to make importing currently open table hand histories much slower.

Cheers, Carl.

(Edit - corrected typo).

I don't know importing in bulk seems to have slowed down a tad too. I was getting over 60 hands per second before and now it is like 45 hands per seconds at best.

Did you install as a service?
If yes, look in task manager and see if there are several instances of postgres.exe running after rebooting. There are/should be 4 instances.
If it is not running try and start PostgreSQL Database Server xx.xx in services.msc and change start up type to auto.
