It seems that Sarnia (Point Edward Charity Casino) has been able to get a 20-40 game going somewhat regularly. Haven't played it, but they normally will have a 10-20 Thur-Sat with a 20-40 on either Fri or Sat night.
I know this isn't really a "Michigan" casino, but it is less than 2 minutes off the Blue Water Bridge in Port Huron.
