Default FT \"Support\"

BEAT?: I play on FT...I requested a check on 7-20 and have yet to get it. I have sent 8 emails and gotten the total run around. FT "Support" is def. a BEAT!

Hello XXXXX,

We apologize for the delay in receiving your check from Full Tilt Poker.

Your check was successfully processed on July 21st. However, because of
a technical error, the checks were not mailed out. These checks have
been reissued and will be mailed on Monday, August 6th; your check
should arrive within 10 business days.

We understand the importance of receiving your funds in a timely manner.
We take this issue very seriously and are working to ensure it does not
happen again.

As a gesture of good will for the delay, we have credited your Full Tilt
Poker account with $50.00. These funds are available now to be used as
you wish.

Once again, we apologize for this unfortunate situation and thank you
for your continued patience. Please feel free to contact us if you have
any other questions. We're always here to help.

Regards,

Still no check 8-30:

Hello XXXXX,

We are writing to update you regarding your check originally processed
July 21st.

Regrettably, our check processor reported a technical issue that caused
an extended delay for a limited number of checks. Your check wasn't
mailed until August 28, and is now in transit with the US Postal
Service.

It is important to us you receive your funds in a safe and timely
manner, and we realize a delay of this length is unacceptable. While the
events contributing to this issue were beyond our control, we understand
how frustrating this can be. As a token of our apology, we have credited
your Full Tilt Poker account with a $26 Satellite Token.

Thank you for your understanding in this matter and we sincerely
apologize for this inconvenience. We are steadily working towards
significant improvements in our check processing systems. Please feel
free to write back with any questions you may have.

Kind regards,

Erin

I wish more companies would give me money for 3rd party errors like this, most just brush it off.
