1. These guys that make the top of one limit aren't going to table select as much as others. There drops a couple points in the ole winrate from either just grinding at tables they don't have a big advantage in or not being willing to play anything lower even if it makes more sense money wise for them to do so.

[/ QUOTE ]

This is def. true for me. Dunno why i'm so stubborn. But there's been time's over the course of the year where i'm sitting at a table with various combinations DaEvils, CTS, TheTaker, TDogg, Wyteazn, etc., etc., - and it makes no sense whatsoever for me to be playing at tables where my overall edge is so small. I dunno, after logging so many hands at 5-10, I think part of it is the $$$ at stake. It can be hard for me to bring my "A" game at 2-4 even though its considerably easier. That being said, currently in the 5-10 game I think my edge is way bigger than the winrate in that screen shot would suggest.

Mostly though, i'm just stubborn. Stupid irish pride.

Unforuntately, a lot of that is the result of like 4 big tilt fests... ya know, the nights where you play for 10+ hrs straight and blow like 13 buy-ins. Hopefully, (knock on wood) those are a thing of the past. Stop-losses are underrated.

i know exactly what you're talking about
