The full $2.5K hit the B of A account this afternoon, although in a "pending" status. This is just a formality for B of A, though.

FWIW, I put my request in a little later on Monday (5 PM EDT or so...some of us DO work for a living), and did not sign the waiver.

Of the people that have received their money, how many did not agree to their waiver? Will be requesting mine on Friday when I have access to a secure connection. Haven't decided on whether or not to agree with their waiver.
