opened a pokerstars account through the rakereduction.com link. I sent an e-mail to stars before i made an initial deposit to confirm i was being tracked to receive the additional $50 rakereduction.com bonus. PS says there is no record that i signed up through rakereduction.com HELP!

You are 100% sure you used the link? We are at PokerStars mercy for paying the account. With that said, we stand by our promotions. I believe we have forwarded your email to pokerstars and are awaiting a response.
If pokerstars does not pay you, we will.

I am 100% sure I used the rakereduction.com link to download the pokerstars software. I e-mailed support many times beforehand just to confirm what to do to receive the bonus. I will post here when i reach 100 FPP if pokerstars does not handle this corretly.
