[ QUOTE ]
Bravos takes it down when I get coolered in the second stud round. Pedro takes 3rd, and Kerowo is our bubble boy. Looks like folk are doing a 2nd, but I won't be in it.

[/ QUOTE ]
hmm can't say I run bad in these anymore since I have won the last 2 and finished 2nd in the one before those.

i'm elated that the bros went out first, second-to-last, and last.

8th - zeldark
7th - tyler
6th-2nd - some fishes
1st - kerowo, who stole the blinds like 2234583e12 times in a row from the short stacks during the razz round.

That was fairly lame on my part. Weak-tight-ish folds. Call-station-ish calldowns, retarded misclick PF reraises. I am never playing poker again.*

So I was thinking about this today. Anyone play these things a lot? Once Z and Tyler were gone the competition seemed fairly light, is that typical of the 5+.50 tournies?

I used to do them frequently until about april. There's usually 1 or 2 good opponents and the rest is fairly soft, yes.

i kind of want to do a ton of them in one day, in sets like sngs, i mean they are sngs, but i think it'd be hard to have them all in different games all the time

LOL

I think multi-tabling those things would be tough. Let's see, is this table in Razz, Stud, or Stud8?

It's doable. But the processes of confirming which game you're playing at each table could slow it down and lose a bit of edge. When you see the King bring-in, you know you're playing Razz. 4 cards is lolmaha, etc. Distinguishing between stud and stud h/l would be the hardest part, I think, though 4 tabling or something could get nutty.
