Default Bush to sign bill this week

I don't know if this was common knowledge or not. I saw a post in the zoo that said that he wouldn't be signing this until November. If I'm interpreting Party's statement correctly, they will be cutting off Americans this week.

Gee, if I had known that gambling in a casino was less addictive I never would have started playing online.
