Default Flopped bottom set on a scary board and the turn gets ugly

Villain is TAG...a good, solid TAG. After 1500+ hands 20/8.5/2. His hand reading skills are excellent. He's not afraid to get aggressive when he thinks it necessary. I'm honestly wondering why he's still playing NL50 (unless he's pocketing ALL of his profits heh). He's also on 3 of my 6 tables .

I have been playing very aggressively - almost a true LAG style (but not quite). I'm three betting pretty light preflop, and following through post flop. Statwise I've been running about 22/16/4.5 over the last 700+ hands. However, this playing style is pretty new to me. I'm not sure how much villain's caught on yet.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

BB ($9.80)
UTG ($20.25)
MP ($72.15)
CO ($68.65)
Button ($111.30)
Hero ($105.40)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 3, 3.
1 fold</font>, MP raises to $2</font>, CO calls $2, 1 fold</font>, Hero calls $1.75, BB calls $1.50.

Flop: ($8) 3, 4, 5 (4 players)</font>
Hero bets $6</font>, BB folds, MP calls $6, CO calls $6.

Turn: ($26) T (3 players)</font>
Hero bets $18</font>, MP raises to $64.15</font>, CO folds, Hero.....????

Now what?
