Default 200 NL, QQ on K-K-8-A board. Hero call?

I believe this hand is all about image.

Hero has raised the last 3 hands in a row. The previous two hands I've actually had AJ and KK, so I wasn't raising light either time, but they don't know that, because the hands didn't go to showdown. So I pick up another great hand...

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 9 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $282.85
BB: $214.40
UTG: $117.75
Hero (UTG+1): $341.60
MP1: $110.00
MP2: $200.35
MP3: $70.70
CO: $285.60
BTN: $171.00

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (9 Players)
UTG calls $2.00, <font color="red">Hero raises to $10.00</font>, 7 folds, UTG calls $8.00

Flop: ($23) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
UTG checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $14.00</font>, <font color="red">UTG raises to $34.00</font>, Hero calls $20.00
<font color="blue"> I'm aware of my image, so I bet here to INDUCE a bluff. I just call his raise because I want him to bluff the turn as well.</font>

Turn: ($91) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">UTG bets all-in for $73.75</font>, Hero calls $73.75
<font color="blue"> Not the best card, but I have to call IMO.</font>

i guess. is nl200 any different than nl100? i can raise 4-5 times straight at NL100, and in the end, they still have my hand beat.

i would be much more inclined to battle a reg here, who may be shoving really light.

I hate, hate that turn card. One of those really good plays that you hope wasnt just destroyed by that stupid ace.

His turn bet looks like a bluff. I like the call.

I like the call too...just not the ace...that bet was coming regardless of the card, and his ass may have been saved.

But if he hit the ace why would he push?

Indeed this was my thought as well.

Usually when they hit the miracle ace they check. Although in this instance if he did hit the ace a push would have been best, because I had made up my mind that I was calling any turn.
