Default Turbo WW: Condo LIving, Redux

The Peaceful Villagers of Pogglesworth, fed up with their recurring werewolf problem, all sold their Humble Cottages and moved to Florida.

The developers who bought them out built a high-rise condominium and called it Pogg at Town Centre (thereby adhering to the longstanding U.S. custom that a property is automatically high class if "center" is spelled "centre"). Pogg at Town Centre quickly became highly desirable and all 13 units were sold before they broke ground on the project.

The new residents eagerly moved in before the paint was even dry. For a few months, the condo board had very few issues. There were the standard "2B parked his SUV too far over and I couldn't squeeze my low-end BMW into my designated spot" and "I think 3A has a D-O-G" complaints" (3A vehemently denied owning the animal, and the chairman of the board personally verified it wasn't there). But life proceeded relatively peacefully for the nouveau not-riche-but-trying crowd.

Until one day...

Continued when day breaks. Please review the terms of the Pogg at Town Centre condo charter agreement this evening.

I. Condo meetings are 30 minutes in length. At the end of the meeting, condo residents will observe night hours for 10 minutes. There will be absolute silence during night hours. Residents with special needs of the unearthly gift or unearthly curse variety are expected to complete their rituals during this time. Failure to do so will result in day dawning without a kill or a see.

II. All communications regarding evictions will take place at the condo meeting (in the game thread). Special needs residents are only exempt from this ruling during night hours.

III. Evicted residents get one and only one chance to make a sarcastic parting comment. Attempting to contact the remaining residents will result in restraining order being issued. Said restraining order may hamper future attempts to obtain housing in POG.

IV. Residents missing the meeting for a day and a night must contact the moderator via pm if they wish to maintain their residency. Otherwise, their personal property will be removed by appropriate personnel and the space will be immediately sublet to a resident with a more developed sense of community.

It is Day.

The Scotts were a lovely couple. Dual income, no kids, living the good life. Yes, it was all homemade cappucinos, take-out sushi, and dreams in the Scott home, a tastefully appointed 3 BR, 3.5 BA (with a view overlooking POG lake). The residents of Pog at Town Centre, were understandably distraught to find them in the elevator with their throats torn out this morning. Even more upsetting, it was a good 8 hours before the police would let anyone use the elevator.

Something had to be done.

The police were baffled, but old Mrs. Lofton in the penthouse, the sole remaining resident from Pogglesworth Village days, immediately turned in her keys to the superintendent and moved in with her son in Poughkeepsie. She said to the superintendent, "I've survived too long to let them have me now. I've always liked you, so you move on out of here too. Trust me, this means that we have....

WEREWOLVES.

At the condo meeting that night, the residents were in an uproar...
