Which eWallet should I use?

I have read all the official threads about ePassporte and TruPay. Right now I'm so confused with the overload of information that I have no idea what the heck to do. I can't use Neteller anymore (that's obvious). All I want to do is deposit $100 into UB, then take it all out after my next rake back bonus, and finally move all my money into Poker Stars. I'm looking for a Neteller-like solution. Any advice will be much appreciated.
