He just wants it semi-quiet until he signs the contract if possible, just in case Stars takes offense - shouldn't take too long. He's also deleted the liquidpoker thread.

Adanthar,

But he is the source of the leak, right?

If that's the case, I have a hard time granting this given what we've talked about before. Plus the fact that the cats out of the bag already.

My inclination would be to clean up this thread and move it back, but I'm open to other opinions.

Mike,

Unless anybody else objects, can you clean this up and move it back?

Dids,

Clean it up how? What do you want Mike to do? If we're deleting any reference to his joining Stars, I don't get it. Eldiabloisright.

Obviously Rain made the mistake of letting this get out, its his error, his responcibility. However if Rain needs 4-5 days so his deal can be approved I don't see a downside with keeping this thread in the mod forum until then. Since your speaking with Rain via PM if you feel comfortable with asking how long he needs, and its only a short period of time, I think you can look the other way this time around - if thats what you want to do (although I'm giving this advice I'm actually ambivulous either way)

Of course in general I agree our users need to take accountability for their actions, but I also think there isn't anything wrong with choosing to help a guy out when he makes an error like this as long as its temporary.
