If this actually goes through I'm seriously considering changing my PS avatar to the same thing just so I can hide in the hordes of mediocre players who will likely sign up for this.

Explain what kind of argument could be put forward to convince you? I am thinking in my case you can see that I joined recently, and that the few posts I have made have mostly been within the last few days. Also, I could suggest you look at the posts that I have made, and realise that I am a more serious/enthusiastic/legit poster than a lot of guys with 150 or 200 posts that would be eligible. That said, it would take up a lot of your time to check up on everyone´s posts to gauge an insight into their personality and consequently their reliability.

This is good. People should maybe link me to posts where they think they've given thought to something. Your posts in this thread made it seem like you were thoughtful enough of a poster.

Also, don't send me your stars names yet. It's too early. I'll delete them and then not have proof.

I'm a little worried that someone who is an extreme beginner might win, and I won't be able to be as valuable to them as I could be to a midstakes player, but I don't think it's fair to exclude people who will keep up their end of the deal. I guess better players will have a better chance of winning.

Nah, you dont have to post now to be in. The day before/of the tourney you will have to post your stars name in a new thread and have your avatars already changed.
