After initial raiser checked he can't put anyone on AQ thus he could REASONABLY think that AJ/AT is best(unless they run into A5/55) and could get called by a worst ace...

I can't find a fold button here.

conflicting responses. this is a retarded bet by him in either case..

i just don't get it but obviously i mucked so i'm agreeing with the 55 camp.

snaggle i think the fact that those are HU pots (and i don't you know but i suspect) against another good aggro player completely changes the dynamic of the hand and his bluffing frequency. you gotta remember this is a five way pot.

unless he's REALLY trying to chalk one up for metagame is this ever worse than my hand?

considering you folded AQ here, his overbet shove is anything but retarded

... so you seriously think he was expecting someone to have AJ+ and decided to shove with 2 random cards figuring to himself "Even if they have AK they have to fold, so [censored] em I'm ALL IN!!" C'mon, lets get real - he's probably hoping to get called by AQ figuring someone should have an A and if not, he's not getting action anyway. Without some sort of history vs Villain, I muck AQ there without too much agony.

And for the love of god, think twice (or however many times it takes) before posting something like "Well then, what kind of flop are you hoping to hit with AQ?"
