Default Preflop choices

Can you say in general that when you are 100% sure your hand is better than the hand of all limpers, so you are sure to have the BEST hand a raise is ok? In your answer you might even assume that the cards of the opponents are open...

So when I know 5 persons who limp with almost anything and raise with A kicker better than Ten and raise any pair. So I am sure to be up against all kind of draws and I have AJ.

Is it ok to raise with it? Even in the blinds?

When you are in position I think a raise is 100% correct. The question is how important position is and how much better your hand should be to warrant a raise.
