Trading speculative stocks (x<$15)

While it's generally pretty fair to throw stocks trading <$1 into the bs camp, this is absurd. There's plenty of totally legit companies that trade for <$15.

The process by which these are traded is the same as a stock? I only have experience buying a stock though a etrade/scottrade type of place.

BRSIX is an NTF (No Transaction Fee) Fund at E*Trade. The minimum opening investment is $2,000. If you sell it within 6 months of purchase, you have to pay a 2% early redemption penalty. You just search for the fund and click "Buy".

PZI is an ETF (Exchange Traded Fund), which is basically just a type of stock, so you can buy it at any broker.
