They responded to me when I asked for a reason for being under investigation.

Unfortunately, my Tradal manager just left the company so that's not going to be much help for me. Has anybody had any success calling the toll free number for assistance?

Not for me. Account still under investigation.
My affiliate manager hasn't responded, and haven't heard anything new from Party either. I'm owed so small sum though that I think I'll just forget about the whole thing unless they happen to contact me. |

My account got magically reopened, but nobody ever responded to any of my emails. One day I called the toll free number that they have listed in the contact us section of the Party affiliates cashier and I was on hold for 8 hrs before I got sick of changing phones because the battery would die, and I hung up.
I'm kind of shocked at the absolutely horrible service Party has given their new affiliates...wait, it's Party, I guess I'm not surprised. |
